Welcome to the Friends of Animals Rice County, Inc. website.
FOA is a not-for-profit, 501c3 charitable organization working with the impounded pets of Rice County to get them adopted, to rescue, or placed in foster care until a forever home can be found. We do not have a facility of our own at this time, so space is a factor. All age appropriate vet care is given to each animal before it can be adopted, including spay/neuter.
Our mission is to help provide a healthy and friendly environment for domestic animals; including, but not limited to, medical care, adoptable pet advertising and information for proper care of animals.
